What is Edulink?

Edulink One is our new parent and student engagement portal to provide information regarding achievement, timetables, attendance, contact information and reports. EduLink One will eventually replace our current SIMS Parent app. 

Edulink One will allow you as a parent/Care to keep up to date with your child’s learning and progress and YBA. Edulink can be accessed via an App on your mobile or through the school website.

Edulink One will provide allow you as a parent/carer to:

• Monitor Attendance
• Monitor Behaviour
• Monitor Achievement
• Monitor Homework
• Update contact information
• Access timetables, including exam dates and clubs.
• Access the school calendar and key dates
• Access school reports
• Receive information from school

How to access Edulink as a parent.

You can access Edulink:

• through a web browser by going to https://www.edulinkone.com/#!/login?code=YBA
• via the school website
• via the Edulink App

We recommend that  you download and use the app so that you can receive notifications regarding merits and reports etc.

To download EduLink One on your device, choose the relevant app store;

You will require the following information:

• The school code is yba
• Your username
• Your password

You will receive username/password via letter this half term.

Student accounts are live and they can log on by using their YBA username and password.
