Year 10 My Life Day

Our Year 10 students will take part in My Life Day, a dedicated programme designed to help young people develop the skills, knowledge and confidence they need for life beyond school. Through a range of engaging workshops and activities, students will explore important themes from the Health and Well-being Area of Learning and Experience within the Curriculum for Wales, including wellbeing, healthy relationships, personal safety, financial awareness and future career pathways.

The day aims to support students in becoming healthy, confident and informed individuals who can make positive decisions about their future. Through practical learning experiences and real-life scenarios, learners will develop resilience, independence and the skills needed to navigate the opportunities and challenges of adolescence and adulthood.

My Life Day is an important part of our commitment to preparing students not only for examinations and qualifications, but also for successful, happy and fulfilling lives beyond Ysgol Bryn Alyn.
