Year 9 My Life Day

Our Year 9 students will take part in My Life Day, an engaging programme designed to help learners explore the opportunities, responsibilities and challenges they may face as they grow and develop. Through a series of interactive workshops, students will explore themes linked to the Health and Well-being Area of Learning and Experience within the Curriculum for Wales, including personal wellbeing, healthy relationships, online safety, resilience and making informed choices.

The day encourages students to reflect on their values, aspirations and future goals while developing the confidence and skills needed to navigate an increasingly complex world. Through discussion, practical activities and real-life learning experiences, learners will be empowered to make positive decisions, build healthy habits and become responsible, informed citizens.

My Life Day forms an important part of our commitment to supporting the personal, social and emotional development of every learner, helping them to thrive both now and in the future.
